About me

Small business development is my passion!

Why? Small businesses are vital in order to keep the economy going! This is where new jobs are created; this is where a huge amount of innovation happens. Small business owners are also the best customers one can have: brave individuals that are driven by an idea – and who dare invest in making it come true!

I want to see more small business owners succeed – far more than the (roughly) 66% that make it after the company’s third birthday. That´s why I love helping you, the small business owner, build a solid foundation for your business; find new ways to develop; and get more customers!

My tools:

• Long experience of international business development;
• A highly creative mind;
• Unusually structured thinking;
• The ability to discover business opportunities as well as potential traps.

Some hard facts…

Business development is my specialty – the past years as a small business owner and Small Business Coach. Before as Head of Evaluation, the City of Stockholm (The Competence Fund); Project Manager, the City of Stockholm (Economic Development Office); International Business Developer at COLT Telecom (London); Management Consultant at Arthur Andersen (London); and Export Consultant at the Swedish Trade Council (Brussels).

Communication is and has always been a big part of my professional life: public speaking in front of small or large audiences; and writing effective business texts.

My international perspective helps me communicate with and relate to small business owners with very different backgrounds and needs. I’m Swedish but have lived and worked in Serbia, Montenegro, Belgium, England, the United States, France, Canada and Spain.

I have a Master of Science in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor with a Major in International Affairs & Economics and a Minor in Marketing from Vesalius College in Brussels. I am a certified Coach according to The International Coach Federation.
